Welcome to P231 LIMS Consultant, Papua New Guinea’s community-driven crowdfunding platform. By using our website and services, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
1. Who We Are
P231 LIMS Consultant is a crowdfunding platform that empowers individuals, groups, and communities across Papua New Guinea to raise funds for campaigns related to community development, education, health, startups, emergencies, and more.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- Be a PNG citizen or registered business/entity
- Provide valid identification for campaign creation
- Agree to comply with applicable PNG laws
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Creating an accurate and complete profile
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activities under your account
We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.
4. Campaign Guidelines
Campaign creators agree to:
- Use funds only for the stated purpose
- Be transparent and truthful in all campaign materials
- Update supporters regularly
- Deliver rewards (if applicable)
- Comply with local laws and ethical standards
We reserve the right to remove any campaign that violates these guidelines.
5. Donations and Payments
- Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable
- Payments are processed through our secure, PNG-based Internet Payment Gateway
- Campaigns must meet minimum criteria to trigger fund disbursement
- Donors understand that contributing does not guarantee project completion or success
6. Fees
📌 Processing Fee: 4.5% + K0.50 per donation
This fee ensures your contributions are processed safely and funds are delivered quickly to campaign creators using our locally hosted Internet Payment Gateway.
Example:
If a supporter donates K100.00 to a campaign:
- 4.5% of K100 = K4.50
- Plus K0.50 fixed fee
- Total fees = K5.00
- Net amount received = K95.00
Your support goes directly where it’s needed—fast, local, and secure.
These fees are automatically deducted before funds are released to campaigns. We may revise fees in the future with reasonable notice.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use P231 LIMS Consultant for:
- Illegal fundraising or fraudulent activity
- Money laundering, pyramid schemes, or terrorism financing
- Hate speech, pornography, or violent content
- Political extremism
- Impersonation or misuse of another person’s identity
- Disruption of the platform or its services
Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and technology used on this platform belong to P231 LIMS Consultant or its licensors. Users retain rights to their uploaded materials but grant us permission to use campaign content for promotional purposes.
9. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for:
- The misuse of funds by campaign creators
- Incomplete project delivery
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Losses due to user negligence
Users participate at their own risk, and we encourage transparency and accountability on all campaigns.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Involve fraudulent activity
- Fail to maintain accurate information
- Are inactive for a prolonged period
You may also close your account at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use after changes implies acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea, and all disputes shall be resolved under PNG jurisdiction.
