This year marks a major milestone for Port Moresby National High School—30 years of nurturing Papua New Guinea’s best and brightest.

As proud alumni of the Class of 1997–1998, we invite you to be part of this historic celebration by supporting our official Crowdfunding Campaign.

Together, we aim to raise between K450,000–K500,000 to fund three legacy projects that will honor our past, upgrade our present, and inspire future generations.

To build momentum and rally support throughout 2025, we’re hosting a series of key events:

1. 🎨 Mural at the Front School Gate
   A symbolic 30th-anniversary mural project, initiated by the Class of 2008–2009, to capture the spirit and legacy of POMNATHS.

2. ⏰ Renovation of the Main Clock Face
   Restoration of the iconic school roundabout clock—a symbol of time, order, and tradition for thousands of students.

3. 📚 Refurbishment of the School Library (Primary Focus)
   Full restoration and modernization of our aging school library to include updated furniture, lighting, study spaces, and digital resources.

4. 🌐 Finalize the Development of the Official Alumni Website
   A centralized digital hub to connect past, present, and future students—featuring alumni news, event updates, project tracking, and giving options.

5. 🤝 Creation of the POMNATHS Alumni Association
   Establishing a formal alumni body to strengthen collaboration, drive future projects, and provide mentorship and scholarships for students.
